The apartment has three sleeping places: a comfortable double bed and a pull-out single bed.

The bathroom, with bidet, shower, and washing machine, is provided with a set of three towels for each guest.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet and peaceful building.

The building does not have an elevator.

Marchionis is located at Via Manini 63/A, in a convenient location that’s easy to reach. Despite being just a short walk from the center of Cremona, it offers plenty of free parking.

On foot, in just 5 minutes you can reach: the Torrazzo, the Violin Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Ponchielli Theater, and all the restaurants in the city center. In 10 minutes, you can get to Palazzo Trecchi, Cittanova, and the Catholic University, and in 20 minutes, you can comfortably walk to the train station.

The supermarket and pharmacy are behind the house, less than 50 meters away, and the laundromat and electric bike and scooter rental point are also nearby.

If you prefer a traditional bicycle, just contact us in advance, and we will provide it for you free of charge, with a security deposit. If you're bringing your own bike, there’s a covered bike storage area in the rear courtyard, locked with a gate.
